YOGA / MOVEMENT / MEDITATION / PLAY
Yoga flows that combine mobility training and coordination training, strengthening both the flexibility of the body and the mind.
The classes blend elements from somatic movement practices, strengthening and stretching exercises, asanas (yoga poses), and dance-inspired aspects.
To bring the nervous system back into balance, Stefanie also offers Yin Yoga as well as meditation classes.
Stefanie guides the sessions with a lot of creativity, sensitivity, and joy in movement. It is important to her to perceive the body as a complex organism that enables us to find our own expression and share it with the world. Exploring new movements and following our own impulses also affects our thoughts and emotions, allowing us to notice where we limit ourselves or where we’d like to feel more aliveness. Here, you will find a space that invites you—without pressure and with lightness—to explore new movement patterns.
Feel free to contact me to book a private session, and we will create a personalized holistic training plan together—or join one of my group classes.
Playful flow / open level
no classes atm
The Playful Flow invites you to explore movements that feel authentic and give your body the opportunity to sense and feel—allowing you to release everyday patterns of thought.
Using somatic body practices, we begin by bringing awareness to how we’re feeling today, and then transition into a dynamic, playful flow that combines elements of yoga, dance, gentle acrobatics, and expressive movement.

Contemporary dance for Beginners
no classes atm
Contemporary Dance has emerged from a blend of various dance styles, creating a wide range of movement possibilities. Free from fixed structures, you develop organic movement patterns.
To support this, Steffi introduces you to different sensory and experiential qualities: through floorwork, set phrases, and improvisation, you will move towards a new understanding of your body.
Contemporary Dance for Beginners creates a safe space where you, as a beginner, can explore and find your own dance expression through simple, accessible exercises.
