I’m very happy that @caro.love will join us on this retreat and will cook her delicious magical food for us. She spent three years of her life leading a kitchen team in a retreat centre in La Gomera, is also a yoga & movement teacher herself and co-owned @little_yoga_room in Vienna for many years. There’s a sparkle and an adventurous free spirit within her, that radiates into everything she does, be that climb a mountain, take an ice bath, give shiatsu or cook for us during this retreat
