focusing on creative techniques
In this workshop I want to share some basic techniques with you that will expand your ability to express yourself through movement.
We will work on a choreography suited for beginners, as well as looking at techniques to create our own scores or movement pieces.
No prior experience is required, simply an openness to engage with your body and the space around you, discovering your creativity through movement.
