It all starts with your body, your breath, an idea you have, a story you tell.
Change takes place when we change the ideas, the philosophy, the strategy, the story.
Oftentimes we think change happens in our mind, but truly change is embodied. Mind and body cannot be separated. Not simply because your body is constantly changing, but because all your experiences are stored within your cells, your nervous system, your whole being. Sometimes ideas and emotions get stuck, because we forget to sense, move, open our body to expression, release stagnant energy and create space for a new perspective.

Children do this so naturally throughout their day and children’s stories are often a great reminder of the wonderland of possibilities, fantasies, and the magic of life.

We will start the day with a morning practice (movement, meditation, reflection, creative practice), in the afternoon we will dance, improvise, play and work with theatre exercises to enhance the experience of sensing and expressing our present self.
In the evening we will read children’s stories, write and create our own and relax through yin yoga, partner stretches and yoga nidra.
There will also be time to read, walk in the forrest, sleep, do nothing or hang out with the other participants.

Retreat: 320 - 400€ (sliding scale - you choose)
Accommodation: from 23 € per night x 3
Brunch, dinner and snacks (vegan & vegetarian):
