This ‚Contemporary Dance & Performance Training‘ welcomes absolute beginners, seasoned movers, and anyone who simply loves to express themselves. Each session blends technique with creativity, giving you the chance to stretch, sweat, leap, roll, and laugh your way through new discoveries. The classes will mix contemporary technique, floorwork, partnering, and performance exercises with plenty of room to explore your own style.
You’ll explore how your body can tell stories, shift dynamics, and create shapes you didn’t even know you had.
